Meet Bryant Waldron

I'm Bryant Waldron, and I help people across Fort Bend County and the greater Houston area make sense of Medicare — one conversation at a time, without the pressure that usually comes attached to insurance sales.

Why I do this work

Medicare touches some of the biggest decisions in a person's life: which doctors they can keep seeing, what their prescriptions will cost, how much financial risk they're carrying if something goes wrong. Those decisions deserve a real conversation, not a sales script. That's the whole premise of how I run my practice — education first, no pressure, ever.

What "independent" actually means

I'm not employed by any single insurance company. As an independent agent, I represent multiple carriers, which means the conversation starts with your specific doctors, medications, and budget — not with which company happens to sign my paycheck. I don't offer every plan available in every area, but working across multiple carriers means I'm not stuck recommending one company's product regardless of fit.

Rooted in Fort Bend County

I'm based right here in Richmond, and my work is genuinely local — Richmond, Sugar Land, Rosenberg, and the surrounding Fort Bend County communities. I regularly host free, educational Medicare 101 sessions at places like the Monty Ballard YMCA and other community centers around the area, because I'd rather people walk in with questions and walk out with answers than feel like they have to make a snap decision under pressure.

What working with me looks like

It starts with a conversation — usually the same day you reach out. I ask about your doctors, your medications, and what's actually bothering you about your current coverage (if anything). From there, I walk through what's actually available to you, in plain language, and you decide if and when you want to move forward. There's no cost to talk with me, and no obligation to enroll in anything.

Beyond the fall enrollment rush

A lot of people only think about Medicare help during AEP (October 15 – December 7). I'm available year-round — for turning-65 questions, life changes, follow-up questions, or just a second opinion on something you read online. Medicare doesn't stop being confusing just because the calendar moved past December 7, and neither do I.
